•This Professional griddle plate can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables,onions but also fried eggs, omellets. Thanks to the independent control of the 2 cooking zones, you can alternate and vary the cooking on the 600mm wide plate. It is possible to grill a meat at 200°C on one side and to simmer vegetables at 160°C on the other side. •This machine offers unrivalled safety. It is quipped with three safety thermocouples: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the enamel plate for safety. •The enamelled coating makes the use and the cleaning very easy: it is possible to use metallic spatulas without altering the plate. The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collecting tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
