It optimizes the presentation and keeps at right temperature (+2/+10°C)your cold starters,salads,desserts etc. •The cold conduction in the buffet is provided by a pin in contact with the stainless steel plate. No more manual defrosting: the evaporator tube is protected from the air! Automatic defrosting of the refrigerated buffet occurs every 2 hours thanks to the electronic thermostat. •This refrigerated freestanding buffet can accept any type of GN trays and containers up to 150mm deep.
